- All products come with a 30-day money back guarantee that from the day you received the order. Orders returned beyond this time period will not be accepted.
- Please email ecs@vital-salveo.com with the required information:
- Your Order Number
- Item Name
- The reason for your return
- Email Photo of defective or damaged product
For return:
- Once we receive the required for a return, we will send instructions to let you follow and an address of our warehouse.
- Customer will need to send back the product to the warehouse, and pay for the shipping fees.
- Once the warehouse received it and checked, we will give your money back.
